★★★★★ Mr. Handyman saved the day! The company replacing the cracked stone around my fireplace had problems removing the mantel. They actually recommended I stay with the old stone?! I then called Mr. Handyman and spoke with Michelle. We hit it off from the start. Of course they could send someone tomorrow morning to remove the mantel and reinstall it in the afternoon! Matt came right on time the next day and made short work of removing the mantel. Then the granite people from the other company never showed up! I then spoke with Jeannie from Mr. Handyman. What to do about the mantel? No worries. Mr. Handyman would pause my bill till the granite people came. Finally the granite people came the next week, and Michelle, Jeannie, and Matt came through and saw that my mantel was reinstalled that day. Talk about great customer service and coming through in pinch with quality work! Two thumbs up to the team at Mr. Handyman. I highly recommend them.

★★★★★ Due to the recent snowstorm, my mailbox unfortunately got plowed off its post. After seeing the excellent reviews for Mr. Handyman, I decided to call them at 7:15 AM this morning and the woman who answered the phone was so helpful and attentive in trying to help me find the best way to get my mailbox back up temporarily so I could receive mail. After checking the schedule, there was a tech, Ossie Rodriguez, available that morning and he came within 2 hours fully prepared to get the mailbox up and stabilized. Ossie was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and explained everything he would be doing. I will definitely be calling them in the Spring to install a new mailbox. ★★★★★ As I have no skill set, we needed someone to come and redo our back porch stairs. They were rotting out, poorly made, and crooked. So we called Mr Handyman. They sent us Oswaldo Rodriguez. Ozzie was very professional, friendly, and skilled. He not only rebuilt our back stairs in a timely manner (and painted them), but rebuilt them better than they were. And even offered some aesthetic tips to make them look better than we had, and what I had originally planned for them to do.
